Scams Are Everywhere. Reliable Answers Aren’t.
In India’s fast-growing scam market, suspicious situations can appear throughout everyday digital life. The idea was to give users a quick way to check with AI, seek a second opinion from real people, and learn from others’ experiences before taking action.

With only 30 days from design to production and no dedicated PM, I took on additional design responsibilities while owning product specifications and direct engineering alignment, helping keep delivery on track.
Strategy.
Align Scope Early
Aligned with engineers on technical constraints and must-have features before design, keeping the MVP focused and feasible within the 30-day timeline.
Design for Clarity
Applied Gestalt principles, clear visual hierarchy, and low cognitive load to simplify decisions, while using consistent and adaptable patterns for a predictable experience.
Build for Scale
Created a reusable component system aligned with native interaction patterns, and delivered clear specs covering key behaviors and UI states to support consistent implementation and future expansion.
Takeaways.
Community Quality Matters at Launch
With limited content in the early stage, even a few irrelevant posts can disproportionately shape the home feed and weaken a new user’s first impression. This highlighted the importance of content seeding, moderation, and feed curation when launching a new community.
Design with Implementation in Mind
Using native platform patterns where appropriate helped reduce custom interaction complexity and improve implementation consistency across iOS and Android. This reinforced the value of considering platform conventions early, not only for usability, but also for development efficiency and long-term maintainability.
